Lag 60 Sheet Lagging is a premium-grade wear resistant 60 Duro rubber pulley lagging sheet, designed to improve traction, reduce belt slippage, and protect pulley shells in demanding conveyor applications.
Manufactured from a highly elastic premium natural rubber compound, Lag 60 Sheet Lagging delivers excellent resistance to abrasion, ensuring long service life in harsh operating conditions.
Improved Grip and Reduced Belt Slippage
Featuring a diamond profile surface, this sheet lagging improves the coefficient of friction between the pulley and conveyor belt, reducing slippage and helping maintain reliable conveyor performance.
The surface profile also assists in shedding dirt and water away from the pulley, helping reduce material build-up and improve traction in wet or dirty environments.
Reliable Bonding and Easy Installation
Lag 60 Sheet Lagging features a CN bonding layer to achieve strong adhesion when bonded to pulley surfaces, allowing reliable bond strength even in adverse on-site conditions.
Supplied in roll form for easy application in a single sheet, it is compatible with a wide range of cold bonding rubber adhesives and is well suited to pulley refurbishment and maintenance work.
