Heat Resistant Polyurethane Skirting is a premium-grade polyurethane sealing material, designed for use as a high-performance conveyor skirting solution in demanding environments.
Manufactured from a durable 95 Duro polyurethane compound, this skirting provides outstanding resistance to abrasion, cutting, and impact, combined with excellent high-temperature
performance up to +140°C.

Unlike traditional rubber skirting, polyurethane offers a rigid and highly wear-resistant sealing solution, making it ideal for applications with high material impact or elevated temperatures.
The material is supplied with a bevelled edge and is designed to be installed just above the conveyor belt to create an effective seal while minimising belt wear.

Installation Notes
Polyurethane skirting is designed to be installed just above the conveyor belt to create an effective seal.
