Conveyor Belt Ply, Widths and Cover Thicknesses
Ply Options
Belts can be manufactured in 2, 3, or 4 ply constructions. Two-ply belts are generally used for lighter industrial environments such as recycling plants, three-ply belts suit light to medium applications such as mobile crushers, and four-ply belts are used in heavy-duty environments such as mining and brickworks.
Available Widths
Stocked belt widths range from 350mm up to 2400mm without longitudinal joints. Higher widths can be produced on request.
Cover Thicknesses
Stocked thicknesses range from 1.5mm to 21mm top cover and 1.5mm to 7mm bottom cover. Higher thicknesses can also be produced on request.
Five-ply constructions are also available on request for more demanding conveying applications.
