The SEC Business Group Poly Pre Cleaner is designed for installation on the head or tripper pulley as the primary cleaning stage following material discharge.
It is specifically suited to applications requiring a gentler cleaning approach, particularly on belts fitted with mechanical splices or recessed belt clips.
Polyurethane Blade System
The system incorporates dual side frames, a heavy-duty support pole, and 165mm wide polyurethane blades.
The poly blade design provides effective material removal while reducing the risk of damage to mechanical fasteners or belt splices.
While suitable for reversing belt applications, cleaning performance is achieved in the primary direction of belt travel.
Optimised Tensioning System
Blade tension is applied through a spring and torque arm assembly, maintaining controlled and consistent pressure against the belt surface.
Tension is stored within both the spring mechanism and the polyurethane blades, ensuring constant belt contact and stable cleaning performance. Two spring options — black or gold — are available to suit varying operating conditions and cleaning demands.
