Built for Strength, Flexibility and Easy Adjustment
Manufactured from stainless steel, Clamp Skirt Assemblies are strong, corrosion resistant, and built to last in harsh operating conditions.
The heavy-duty clamps can be positioned at varying intervals, allowing installers to avoid interference from external chute gussets that often complicate skirt system installation.
Additional clamps can also be purchased separately and fitted where higher clamping force is required.
Secure Rail Retention and Simple Maintenance
Clamps are mechanically interlocked to the Clamp Skirt Rails, eliminating the risk of the rail dropping onto the belt and causing damage.
Clamps are simply welded into position, and skirt adjustment is quick and easy by loosening the clamps to allow the rubber to drop down as needed.
Strong acme threads provide excellent durability, while the dimpled rails deliver positive clamping into soft skirt rubber for secure retention and reliable sealing performance.
